Dry-Aged Red Hook Tavern Burger

Amazing burger. Nice size patty, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Deff worth the hype. The only reason why its not a 5 star dish is because of the bun. It was a bit too thick and bready. Some may like that but it wasn’t for me. Nevertheless i would deff get this dish again!
