Sneak Peek - Ice Cream Sundae with Dubai Chocolate

Chef graciously gave me this off-menu item to try out and it was absolutely incredible. I hope this makes it on the menu soon exactly as-is. It’s a sundae consisting of pistachio ice cream, with hazelnut wafer crunchies with a warm Dubai chocolate topping (but not too warm that it melts the ice cream). This is all atop a nest of phyllo dough strings. A super unique and refined take on a classic comfort food dessert that I’ll be thinking about for a while.
