Very good and unique salad. I wouldn’t recommend it if you aren’t a fan of kale, but otherwise it’s a very refreshing and nutritious complement to having a pasta entree. I especially like the roasted carrots (I love a roasted veg in a salad), and the pumpkin seeds are a nice touch. They’re a little heavy handed with the crouton bits but they do add nicely to the texture of the salad.
