It's hot out, which means it's slow here at Akahoshi Ramen. In an act of desperation, we present a special we know you'll love, borderline unheard of in Japan. Creamy pork bone soup, chili oil, blend of spices, homemade crinkly Sapporo-style noodles. Spicy, garlicky, rich. Topped with pork belly chashu, green onion, menma bamboo shoots, woodear mushroom, garlic confit bomb.
