Blooming Tuna Tataki

Yellowfin tuna tataki with sesame seeds, resting on a bloom-shaped bed of butter lettuce, topped with fresh mango, avocado, cucumbers, radishes, shredded carrots, rice paper curls & a bold carrot-ginger vinaigrette. Tuna joined the garden party.
